Teamlead Inside Sales

As a Team Lead Inside Sales, you are the interface between the Field Sales team and the Inside/After Sales teams and you work closely with your Head of Sales. You are responsible for the management of +/- 10 Inside Sales Representatives who acquire and retrieve restaurants on the telephone and arrange meetings for the Field Sales team. With your excellent coaching skills you make sure that the teams are focussed on reaching their targets.

What you’ll do

In close contact with the Head of Sales, you execute the regional sales strategy to meet pipeline and sales targets. In order to do this, the Inside Sales team arranges meetings with potential clients (restaurants), the After Sales team retrieves restaurants that wish to cancel their contract, whilst the Field Sales team ensures to follow up on those appointments and sign up new restaurants to the Takeaway.com platform.

You oversee the Inside Sales team in organising the Field Sales’ calendar in a quantitative and qualitative way and guide the After Sales team in their mission of building lasting client relationships. You continuously analyse and evaluate KPI’s, report to the Head of Sales and train your teams with the goal of continuous enhancement of the acquisition process.

What you’ll need

  • Min. bachelor degree and 1-3 years of working experience in leading sales teams
  • Very fluent (written and spoken) Dutch, French and English!
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
  • Positive, result-oriented mindset and ability to get things done
  • Flexibility towards working hours (no 9 to 5 mentality)
  • Ability to manage, motivate, coach and evaluate your team members
  • Good knowledge of sales operations and reporting
