We - Takeaway.com - are the leading online food-delivery platform in continental Europe and are looking for a Sales Support employee to join the Sales Team.
This position consist two responsibilities: one is finding new restaurants for our online platform and one is to follow-up sales processes once restaurants signed up at Takeaway.com
You research tasks are mainly focused on finding new ‘leads’ You will search via different sources for restaurants, you compare what you find with our current database and make sure the new leads are ready for a follow up call by your inside sales colleague.
The sales administration role consists being responsible for the contract review of all new incoming customer contracts.You make sure all administration is perfectly arranged before the restaurant is online and you are responsible for the online activation of all new restaurants.
You are responsible for the contract review of all incoming customer contracts;
You will check, validate and verify these contracts conscientiously;
You have to handle the confidential documents of our partners carefully;
A special focus within your responsibility is the fast online activation of our partners; on the website from Takeaway.com;
You will order merchandise in our webshop for new partners;
Search diverse sources for new restaurants and create leads out of this search.
Continuous customer care is important to you;
A hands-on mentality, punctuality, perfectionism, and a high degree of self-motivation are your characteristics;
You are really strong in mastering administrative processes;
Portuguese is your native language and you speak and write english on C1 level.
You have completed your professional education or a similar qualification;
Bonus points for:
- Experience in the F&B industry.
- Knowledge of the French/dutch language
In this team you will work together with the inside sales colleagues in Brussels and via email/phone/Whatsapp/Skype… with the field sales representatives in Lisbon. You will report directly to the team leader Sales.
