Our team is unmatched in commitment and integrity and we are looking for a dynamic, positive and ambitious person to join our sales team as a Sales Assistant.

Main goal of a Sales Assistant consists in signing up specific restaurants over the phone and setting meetings with restaurants that manage their own logistics of the orders generated via our website.

In his/her work a Sales Assistant is supported by a Field Sales Representative, who is then responsible for conducting the scheduled meetings, and a researcher, with whom he/she forms a tandem. A Sales Assistant should fulfill his/her assignments in accordance with guidelines and procedures applicable in the company.

In addition, a Sales Assistant can be asked to conduct additional tasks in order to support existing restaurants and achieve the sales team goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of sales experience in telesales
  • A passion for sales and customer relations
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Positive attitude and a lot of persistence
  • Ability to quickly build effective relationships
  • Able to work independently but with a team player attitude
  • Experience in using CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Ideally have had experience in the restaurant sector – either have worked in a restaurant or have experience in a commercial role towards restaurants
  • Bulgarian on native level and fluency in English

What do we expect from you:

  • Restaurant acquisition within an assigned region. Directly - by warm/cold calling restaurants, presenting and explaining the benefits of joining our platform. Indirectly – through scheduling meetings for tandem partner (field sales representative)
  • Constant search for new business opportunities in CRM
  • Promotion of our additional products and services
  • Supporting restaurants which have not been activated yet in solving issues that could not be solved by other departments
  • Analysis of restaurant needs with the goal of improving our offer
  • Proactive participation in sales meetings/sales calls
  • Good team work with the field sales representative (tandem partner) with the aim to achieve optimum results
  • Reporting of sales performance via our CRM system
  • Support in occasional projects within or outside the assigned region
  • Monitoring of and feedback on competition’s activity
  • Reporting of business expenses and business trips in accordance with company rules
